These rituals can be performed alone or with others, indoors or outdoors. The most important element is your intention and presence. Choose practices that resonate with you and feel free to adapt them to your personal beliefs and circumstances.

Release Ritual

The Full Moon is the perfect time to release what no longer serves you. This ritual helps you let go of negative patterns, old beliefs, and anything that's holding you back.

What You'll Need:

  • Paper and pen
  • Fire-safe container or candle
  • Matches or lighter
  • Quiet space (preferably with moonlight visible)

Steps:

  1. Find a quiet space where you can see or feel the moon's energy
